Payment Options
We accept Visa and MasterCard. If you are shipping to an address that
is different from your billing address, make sure you have authorized
the shipping address with your credit card company since an authorized
shipping address is required by all credit card companies.
To pay by check, money order, or purchase order, please complete the
online check/money order form when you check out, print it out and mail
it together with your payment to the address below. We will hold your
order until the check has cleared.
Hawaii State Excise Tax
Hawaii has an excise tax which we are calling a sales tax to avoid confusion.
No tax is charged on orders being delivered outside Hawaii but all orders
shipped to an Hawaiian address will be charged 4.166% Hawaii State Excise
Tax on the order total.
